"We found that EZ polyester strapping is not only cost effective but also a very safe product to work with. From the tightening process to the cutting of the secured bundle, there is no worry of injury from spring back as there is in steel secured bundles under tension. Polyester strap has proven its strength in a number of tests we conducted at our plant; as well it has proven itself in drop tests in our production yard, one as high as 22ft then dropped onto an unleveled surface. Almita manufactures all sizes of screw piles from 2-7/8” to 30” diameter and in lengths from 6 ft to 40 ft, with extensions available, all having from 1 to 4 helixes welded on in any required size’s and thickness’s. All screw piles are designed and engineered by our “in house” engineering specialists, install by our field crews or buy contract installers.
